It was amazing and so peaceful and quiet. There was lots to do and plenty of room in the house. A dozen of farm fresh eggs in the refrigerator as a gift. Lake was amazing and they furnish everything for you down there. There were canoes, kayaks, flat bottom boat, paddles life jackets, picnic table, swing, a dock and now they put in a floating dock. We can't wait to go back!
All of the creature comforts set in a beautiful and secluded setting. There were tons of utensils, dishes, pots and pans, spices, games and puzzles, towels, and firewood. Our whole family loved it.
Advertised as a cabin, it's a full 3 bedroom house with all amenities. Just bring food clothes and toiletries. They have coffee, tea, spices, dishes, pots and pans, even a blender and a toaster oven. It was hard to leave. This place felt like home.
My husband booked a night here at the last minute to celebrate our 12th wedding anniversary. This was THE BEST one night stay I've ever had anywhere! It was the perfect getaway, they had everything we needed. the place felt like a home away from home, the owners communicated well with us when we had questions, and the atmosphere was more than I could have ever expected! Thanks so much to Mary for your help!
Was a wonderful quite retreat. Cabin had it all.
