It’s about what you would expect.... The rooms smell as well as they look. If you are able to bring your own sheets and your own pillow, it may be preferable....

Dead flys all over floor, bed feels like sleeping on springs, bathroom dirty walls filthy
Clean and affordable. It's near the Eagle Rock Loop Trail in the Ouichita National Forest, which was the reason I was in Arkansas! It has a modern TV and cable. The decor is an old throwback look, which I love. It's near places to eat too! Bring the kids.
We stayed here two nights and enjoyed our stay for the most part! We had the king-size bed room and the bed was for the most part comfortable. The room was clean and plenty big enough! The shower pressure was very strong. There was no outlet by the bathroom sink which made doing my hair a little difficult.. Overall we enjoyed our little stay and it was very nice for the price! Staff was friendly too!
