This was the most amazing place! It wasn't just the beauty of the cabin or land or creek. It came with beautiful sounds of birds, creek flowing, and breezes blowing through the leaves in the trees. The cabin itself felt like home. Getting up in the tall king sized bed made me laugh each time. It was just what we needed and had saved up for; just paradise. John and Lisa really seemed to understand what families need when it comes to just relaxation and enjoying each other and the beauty of nature. Thank you both for all you do and have done to make this an amazing vacation.
You want a place to slip away, have a more peaceful, relaxing and secluded vacation; Kates Creek has been the best spot for that we have found! Beautiful scenic drive, crystal clear creeks every where you go! 50 feet from the cabin runs a little creek you get to drive through and swim in, and mountains all around! Lisa and John Karl are great, they came and checked on us as soon as we pulled up to make sure we checked in okay; the first sight of this cabin puts a smile on our face every time, we cant wait to go back! Thank you Lisa and John Karl, we really enjoyed our stay!
My wife & I just spent a week at this beautiful property. If you are searching for a place that is out of the hustle & bustle— this is your spot. The photos do no justice to just how beautiful this cabin & property really are. Very well kept. Can’t wait to go back!
My wife and I spent 2 nights at Kates Creek Cabin. What a wonderful time and the host Nancy Roy was fabulous. It has everything you need. The river was fantastic and spent many hours swimming and wading. We had such a great time and definitely will be going back!!!
