Kristi has always been super helpful and got us into a new home with no head aches!
My daughter purchased a doublewide from this company. It was a disaster from the day it was delivered. Nothing set up correctly, broken trim all over the house inside and outside. Some of the plumbing was even backwards, not even leveled correctly.nEvery time they called Price said they would get to it. Every week another excuse until they ran the clock out on the deadline to report issues. Nothing was fixed. They had to call in a professional at their own expense to repair things.
I love this place! Kristie and Sherman are so helpful and supportive.
Numerous items missing from home on delivery- took months to get them to deliver and install missing (light globes, electrical door cover, trim). Storm doors hung crooked, crown molding not installed properly, plumbing not completely connected - out side wall damaged and there favorite comment “the factory will bring it or fix it when they come”.
Kristi Price is very helpful and makes buying a new home so easy!
