This is a new cabin on the Caddo River. It is very nice inside with all the items needed, like utensils, pots, and pans, etc.... It has a full working kitchen with all the kitchen items. All rooms have TVs with satellite. It sleeps up to 16 comfortably and more on the floor. 5 bed rooms. 4 bed rooms with queen beds and one room with 4 bunk beds. All rooms have a ceiling fan. Sheets, covers, and pillows are provided. Big living room area with fire place. A huge deck on the back facing the river. The deck has lots of seats and a table. There is also a dual grill with gas and wood pellets. We used the gas side and it was great. All the needed grill utensils were provided. The river by the cabin has a shallow swimming area and rapids. We floated down the river on rafts from the cabin to a public area about 1.5 miles away. We had kind as young as 5 floating with us and there weren't any issues. This is an amazing spot for a family vacation. The only negative is the path to the river is very sandy and has high itchy grass. The bank of the river is a little steep also.
