Very quiet, safe and clean.nBed was firm but comfortable.nI would have preferred the room to be colder but we took a heavy duty fan with us just in case and we slept fine.nThere is a small picnic area with grill and large ice machine.nThis motel is close to two dollar stores which is nice in case you forgot anything for your trip. Very close to the Caddo River too.nReminded me a bit of the Rose Motel on Schitt’s Creek.
My family and I came down here and we absolutely loved being here. It was so peaceful sitting out on the table in the front with my family. We went out to the river and it only took maybe less than 5 minutes. It was so close! The rooms were so much better than any hotel or motel I've ever really been to honestly. We had a whole little kitchen! A fridge, stove, counter tops, cabinets, and even a dining room table. The owner was so friendly also, we had absolutely no problems AT ALL (except for me wanting to stay lol). To say the least I 110% recommend anyone to stay there. It was truly a nice, peaceful place.
I highly recommend this adorable motel to anyone looking for a serene getaway. Exquisite staff that make sure to go the extra mile to accomodate all guests. I wouldnt go anywhere else!!

Linda very nice, place very clean. My husband had to stay there 3 or 4 weeks right around Christmas time last yr due to his job. Couldn't ask for a friendlier place to state
