All of the people are very nice and helpful. When I walk up the window I feel like a person not a birth date.

My brother was released to come home from the hospital after a 37 day stay, only to wait 30 minutes and then be refused service because he posted a negative comment about the lack of previous service he had when they wouldn't fill his prescriptions unless he had all of the prescriptions filled there.nnI will never use this pharmacy after the way my brother has been treated. It's really a good thing my mother waited and not me. I would have let everyone know what poor customer service they have.They need to go by the Kroger pharmacy and learn what good customer service and relations is. I've never had an issue at any Kroger location.nnI am a Key Account Customer Service Rep and I would never think to treat my customers this way.nnI wouldn't even give them a star, but I had to in order to write a review.

Roland drug has taken care of my families prescription needs for years. It's like being another family member. They have moved inside the new Harps location. Perryville, ar
