Air in the room was not working. It was not addressed on check out even after calling the manager. The bathroom light kept popping on and off. This is our 4th visit this month. The last visit the air did work either and they brought us a box fan. We were offered $10;00 off our bill. Big deal. They are more interested in catering to UP Railroad. We will be staying at Holiday Inn going forward. We were also in town for a funeral and got no lower fare for that either

Very quiet at night. Was clean but could use paint. Bed was very comfortable. Tub could use nonslip in bottom and bars.

Room was very nice and clean and people were very polite. Loved their out door land scape.

Rude staff. Items stolen from room. Never fresh bedding or towels. I’ll never stay here again we visit often it is the worst by far in the area

No cleanliness here. Don’t leave anything Valuable in your room absolutely rude staff
