I made my reservation October 14, 2020. We were to arrive October 15, 2020. I had to give her a credit card to reserve the room. But I asked her not to charge it because we were going to pay her cash. She said if we weren’t there by 6 o’clock Thursday she would have to charge the card. We arrived at 4:15 and she had already charged my card. Then I’ll look at my credit card statement and she actually charged it on Wednesday when I called and made the reservation. Definitely not a woman of her word. Anything you ask her she really acted like you were putting her out by expecting her to do or answer anything for you! The rooms were OK for what Little time we spent in the room. But they were not clean. Huge spiderweb behind the television. And I believe the television was probably from maybe the 80s. I can promise you one thing I will never ever stay at that hotel again!!! Did not come in anytime during our stay to empty trash or straighten the room.
This place needs a full renovation. The bathroom door won't shut. No coffee maker, coffees, toiletries (not that we needed them) in the room. The woman said the rooms were filling up really quickly but when we got there only one room was occupied then ours was 2nd. However, the same woman helped me to find a grocery store and recommended an eating place.
Gordon Motel is for sale. 600,000 will get you Prime Jasper Real Estate and Motel. Yes, it needs to be updated but that's why the price is reasonable.
Getting charged $32.00 for blanket we didnt take we tried telling lady and even though we don't have the blanket that there blaming us on taking there charging us 32.00 still was nice place to stay at until this happens
