Sunshine Motel

Booked for a non-smoking bedroom with a king size bed but was transferred to another bedroom with two separate standard beds. The comforter and carpet has cigarette burns on it, and the room smelled of cigarettes. The furniture is grimy as well as the handle of the bathroom faucets. Not gonna book in this hotel ever again. I would have given a one star on it if not for the nice owner of the hotel.

Friendly! Clean room, comfortable bed, easy access to room, very reasonably priced. Good place to stop for the night.

We spent one night at the Sunshine Motel in Las Vegas, NM, on our way to Colorado. Close to the freeway. The front desk gentleman was very gracious and helpful. The bathroom could use some updating but everything was clean and quiet and walking distance to restaurants nearby. Would recommend Hillcrest Restaurant, a block or so from the motel for breakfast and, of course, Sunshine Motel for the price. Good value.

Comfortable, clean, and affordable place with excellent customer service. Owner went above and beyond at our recent stay, providing suggestions on local attractions (hot springs) and restaurants. Best of all, he mailed the earrings i had left in the room, checking not once, but twice to find them. Great little place and well run.

Really clean, owner very cool,actually answers the phone himself,comfortable,pretty quiet,secure feeling,yep and morning coffee,nothing to damn fancy,priced Right,not rediculous..
