Decent place to stop. Been going here for years. Truck parking. Restaurant across the road.
Room was clean good place to stay except no coffee pot or hair dryer in the room
We did NOT stay!! I asked by phone if they had a room no one was in for the previous 24-48 hours. (COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS) Was told I could have such a room. Walked in and there was an odor. Tried wiping things down with Clorox wipes I had. Dirty hand towel, hairs on bed, refrigerator outside and inside dirty. We were tired but I could not stay in such a room. Had a sliding door to pool area with no lock just a bar in the track. Went front office, different Male came to desk. I explained what I found. He pretended not to understand. Refused to refund. We were in room less than 20 minutes. It was so disheartening and upsetting.nI ALSO had no idea this is actually under Ownership of America's Best Value Inn & Suites. They are still trying to refuse my refund. We drove on exhausted &finally found small dog friendly CLEAN room at a LaQuinta in Texas where we finally were able to get some sleep. Worst trip to see Family at Lackland AFB ever.
I especially loved the mold growing out the jet sprays in the tub. The mattress was such a quality I injured my back laying on it, and my fiance called off our wedding.
People who work there are amazing. I will go back again
