The room was nice the bed was hard as a rock and looked old furniture was worn out and the price was too high for the room. There was a lot of confusion with our check in and had also told them twice about having our dog and was told they charged us but apparently wasn't so I had to wait longer to pay them a pet fee but the lady was nice about everything. Unfortunately we won't be back because of the high price and uncomfortable bed.

We liked that it was American owned and American operated.. Rooms could use a little updating but over all nice place to stay. We will stay here again ..

The room was clean and felt/looked recently renovated. The motel looks empty until workers arrive in the evening.nThe bed was hard as a rock, so sleeping was difficult. The property appears to is still in the process of updating.nnThe office staff are ok, their customer service I would give 6/10 stars.

Got to the hotel about 9 pm lastnight. The room was very musky, mattresses on the beds were very old. Got up to use the bathroom and a mouse ran across the room, and it went to the bed. Noticed that the beds bedskirt touch floor so I went to find the mouse, moved the bed from the wall and there was mouse poop on the bed between the bed and the wall but it was on thw sheets. Then there was a sticky glue trap behind the the bed that alot of mouse hair in the glue trap. Called the front desk and the old man didn't even want to give us another room and didn't want to help us at all, all he said was there isn't anything I can do. I took pictures. I call today to talk to the owner and he said they will not be back til next saturday. This place will not get my business and i will make sure I let everyone know about the experience we received. Im also contacting the health department because mouse feces in the bed is very unsanitary.

We were on vacation in Hot Springs and came back to Glenwood to swim at the railroad Bridge Park on the Caddo, and stayed here for the night. We enjoyed our stay, the affordable rooms and the fact that it wasn't packed. The staff is amazing and very pleasant to hold a conversation with. The pool was clean and not real cold which was great!
