My husband and I stayed here for a night during our cross-country move from VA to NV. What we liked most about the hotel was the bed and free parking. We were traveling with two vehicles; so, free parking mattered much. The front desk lady was lovely. The room was clean, but I did not like the strong smell of cigarettes throughout the entire hotel.
Days Inn is a great place to stay. The one in Arkansas is sparkling clean. The bed in Arkansas most comfortable. The desk clerks very friendly.
Staff is polite and friendly. The room was quiet and so clean.
Days Inn by Wyndham your hotel in Brinkley, Arkansas was HORROR to stay in! The sink fell down in our roomand something hit my toe. The supervisor, manager whatever he was was completely useless and insinuated that my weight was the reason this thing came down. Like I was sitting on the thing. I leaned over to spit out my toothpaste, I am 6’2”. He wasn’t very apologetic at all and also insinuated I was a liar. By the way not having elevator access for people with disability could get you in a huge lawsuit.
Friendly staff, brightly lit exterior but the rooms are quite dated and the quality is low for the price with fees and taxes. Some appliances didn't work also. This place just needs some updating.
