Best Western Plus Montezuma Inn & Suites

Traveling, one night stay. I read the reviews of all of the motels in town. This one seemed to be the best for the price. Room was clean and comfortable. Check in staff was friendly. No issues.

I was refused a one night stay because I wanted to pay in cash, of which I had several thousand dollars with me. (I also had a MasterCard issued by the U. S. Treasury Department.) I mentioned I am disabled and have an assistance dog. That really set off the female desk clerk. She stated they had no dog rooms left, and I asked about the Days Inn next door and she stated "they don't have any dog rooms left either." This incident is being reported as a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. I stay at numerous hotels when I'm traveling, most are owned by your parent corporation. This visit really takes the cake. Talk about leaving a bad taste and muddying the waters. Now I know to avoid stopping off there when I'm traveling through the area.

Clean rooms, great service, fair pricing. Christopher at the front desk was very accommodating and professional. We were just passing through but would stay again!

Very clean, very nice staff, pet friendly, and they even discounted my room to match Expedia when I called them direct to confirm they had a pet friendly room available.

With the virus currently changing the way things are being done, we were quite satisfied with our stay. Room was clean, shower was hot, everything worked, staff was prepared and professional, check in/out was easy, breakfast was different but adequate. A nice place. Recommend it.
