Room was clean. Staff was friendly. The shower head didn't work so we couldn't shower in the morning. I called the front desk and she quickly arrived at my door with a room key to the room next to us. She was apologetic and very accommodating. I thanked her for resolving the issue so quickly.
It was a pleasant stay for the discounted price we got it at. I know not to expect much with a 2-star but the rooms themselves are pretty good compared to $100+/night hotels in my opinion. The rooms are renovated but some of the halls need repairs eventually. Everything was clean and functioning in the rooms. The room's floors were a bit sticky but that's probably them mopping with too much floor cleaner. The breakfast bar was not much and more of a light affair before you hit the road, however this was during covid-19. I would stay here again to lay my head for the night if I find myself passing through again.
Check in was quick no problems.. front desk person was friendly and the room was perfect, spacious too. Older hotel but has be updated only 2 things the tub didn't have a stopper and the TV didnt work correctly had lines all through the picture and it was pink. No biggie cause we just went to sleep.. the bed was very comfy cause we woke up late and asked for a late check out and they said not a problem.. the cleaning ladies were super sweet too. If i go home to Louisiana and need a place to stop this wil definitely be the place.. rooms are nice beds good ( could use updated TV's) and a great price.
Was not pleased. Towels were dirty. Ants were all in the floor. Don't waste your money!!
Room was nice for the price. Not to expensive. Bed was very comfortable.
