A quick night's stay in a cross country drive. The staff was courteous and friendly and took good care of us. Location was convenient and we were able to gas up, eat and re-supply within a short distance of the hotel. Made an otherwise long and arduous road trip a little more bearable. Thanks Best Western Lonole!
We were in the process of checking in when my wife fell down in the entrance. She was ok and sore. Other than that, no excitement. It was a very nice room and Tony (the clerk on duty when my wife fell) was very kind and compassionate. There were places for our dog to use. They had carts to use for moving clothes much easier. The other staff we saw overnight and at checkout were also very nice. We would go to a Best Western Plus again.
I will definitely stay here again. Great breakfast and wonderful staff.

Called last night as we were going to stay here kids for a week.nFirst Question.I Asked, Isthe indoor pool functioning?nI was told it was closed due to needed maintenance and would not be open anytime soon.nnThat's as far as I got with that phone call I hung up and made other arrangements.nnHotels need to understand having features to offer could be the things that brings in business. And these things must be in working order. When you have a group of kids, that have been on tbe road and need to relax it's much needed.nnNeedkees to say we had to choose a different location.nnManagement needs to make the needed changes and prove that they did so accordingly. Update your site, have concern about guest needs and requirements. If amenities dont work, rates should be far less.nnThe amenities are part of the draw at staying at hotels. These are what you as a customer sees and enjoys.nnIf they are bad, non working, uncared for outdated What is a customer left to think about the rest of the hotel?nAlso the people that own and or run the establishment?
