Standard good Best Western. Did a little holiday driving around Ozarks and Clarksville was a good location for that.nI always think if I can't remember much it means I slept well and everything worked.nThey had arranged beautifully so that smoking rooms were on the OTHER SIDE of the building, facing the main street so that non-smoking rooms were truly smoke free. That was great.

I’m adjusting my rating after breakfast this morning. It was good but more than that Cathy was a gem! She was serving breakfast and one of the nicest soles you’ll ever meet. I was frustrated with the smell of smoke in a non smoking room but I know that’s more the people who stay here and not the staffs fault. It needs some updates for sure but I would come back and stay here just to talk to Cathy!

No frills hotel for a great price. Stayed on our way out to Utah, and was well worth it. Clean and inexpensive, that's all we needed.

This hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed in. The people are awesome and everything was nice and clean. I would highly recommend this hotel for those reasons. It is in a very good location and the price is very reasonable. I will definitely be staying here again. Nice little town too.

So many problems with the room. We were only planning on a 1 night stay and left early in the morning.nn1. My room was designed as a non-smoking room, however it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.n2. The shower didn't drain, it leaves you standing in a puddle of water, and overflows out of the stall if you shower too long.n3. The Air conditioner filter was so dirty it made my wife and I ill. More than 24 hours later I'm still suffering from severe sinus allergies. I discovered the AC was the problem when I switched to the further bed to give my wife more room, and my allergies began to subside enough to allow me to sleep.n4. I booked a room with 2 queen beds, however this room had two full size beds, which we didn't realize until my wife and I discovered we couldn't comfortably fit next to each other. I eventually switched to the other bed to attempt to get a little sleep.n5. Beds are uncomfortable, and the pillows are lumpy and unsupportive. Additionally, bedding is scant, lacking a comforter or duvet cover.nnI thought Best Western required a certain level of quality to carry their brand name, however this was no better than a motel 6.nnI picked this hotel as a midpoint on a cross country trip, and spent points to book it. I'm glad I didn't spend a cent at this place.
