Quality Inn Umatilla - Hermiston

Front desk clerk, Stephanie, was really nice. She actually helped me out by giving me names and numbers of a few tire shops in this area to get a new tire at because my tire had a blowout right before I stopped here. Im from Indianapolis and im driving back from Battleground, Washington so I do not know this area so it was nice to have someone go out of their way for me. The room is very neat and clean and im extremely satisfied with Quality Inn. Thanks Stephanie!!

Clean and friendly staff. The building and fixtures/ furnishings themselves are just old and there's a bit of a funny smell here and there. But it's a quiet neighborhood, good rates, and good service. We've been very happy with our multiple stays.

I just arrived to my room so I don’t know how I feel about this place otherwise, but I’m worried because there is a ton of mold (black in color) in my room. My employer booked me here and I’m stuck here for a week. I’m pretty concerned about the mold exposure for me and my coworkers. I don’t know what to do; I don’t want a reputation with my employer for being a complainer. Bye for now I’m going to go research health implications of mold.

Booked wrong date by accident. Didn't want to return my money. You get what you paid for. Got in the room, and first thing I notice was cigarette smell (like somebody was smoking in the room). Toilet seat cover broken. Silicone in the bathroom was done like with a foot. Too much to write. Needs a big remodeling.

They say the have breakfast in the morning but been here three days and still not even a bagel lol
