Very friendly and kind. My front derailer was not working. Walter fixed it quickly so that I could ride again. Friendly staff who were eager to help me. Another shop in town could not accommodate me. Very grateful and will use them again.

Do yourself a favor and take your bike to a real bike shop. I just did. And I am blown away... They turned my bike into a Ferrari. All the tensions, braking, and suspension are PERFECT will definitely do business here again. And their sales team seems pretty cool too.

We were in from out of town and Walter saved the weekend for my kid! 15 min before closing on Saturday, he took a few extra minutes for me and got a broken spoke nipple swapped out so we could race Sunday with a safe and fully functional bike!

Wound up my derailleur in my wheel, they tuned up the gears and fitted a new one for a bargain, love it,
