Its seams like a nice park. Not all spaces have full hook ups but it still cost the same as spaces that do.

I use to live there a few years ago.nThey are pretty good at maintaining the trailor's campground..nThey have a small park area, no playground equipment yet, but I'm sure it would be easy enough to get some swings and such if asked.nCable/WiFi is pd by the tenant which the main router boxes are supplied from cable company now, and all tenants are responsible for their own rent, utilities, and upkeep of their own personal living ateas,.nThere is a Nice Restroom and Showers Center in the midst. Provide your own toilet paper and shower supplies and your good..nI personally had to move because at the time I had a problem with drugs and alcohol and my life was unmanageable, until I got my bottom and have got help, now I'm almost 2 years clean and sober on July 21 and as I look back, I'm now grateful for the owner and his sons for being so hard on me.nI wanted to say Thank you to them now for their tough love and patience with me during such an ugly time in my life.nThey allow pets, and as long as you take care of your responsibility's there, the management is pretty easy going for the most part...nIt's not the Hilton, but it's a place to live and be out of the cold.nGod Bless You All..nCharlotte Roberts

People here are friendly. It’s in the woods and is a quiet place. For the location Andrew nice the staff was. I give this place 5 stars.
