Not personally but my buddy sent his bike here a few years ago for some pretty major upgrades and every time he would call to check and see when he could pick it up he got excuse after excuse after excuse and then came the it will be ready in two weeks-it'll be ready in a week-oh its gonna be one more week....not recommended.
