Clean. Nice amenities. The lady during check-in was fast, efficient and helpful. The night guy was a little more scattered but figured it out slowly. Lack of elevator for bag carry to second floor.
Amidst the need for additional cleanliness due to the pandemic they show a great video of their additional measures for keeping people safe. I was excited as all our summer plans had been cancelled due to a family member being ill.nnUpon entering our room I headed straight to the shower after being at the beach. I quickly discovered a seal on the toilet starting it was clean. Again, excited. I pull back the curtain to find a giant pile of long hair strung about the shower wall. This was not a single strand (i have photos but thereIs no Place to post them) I was mortified. It was obvious it was not cleaned. I lookedAt the base of the toilet and it was not cleaned either. I pulled the seal off the toilet to find that it was not cleaned either with hair and urine on the rim. Needless to say I stopped looking as it was obvious that they’re not doing the standard cleaning let alone additional cleaning. During a pandemic is not the time to cut corners. I would issue a corrective action against the cleaning manager at a minimum as this is unacceptable!
Room was spacious. Nice big bed. People were very nice. The air-conditioner ran well. Bathroom was very clean. I would stay there again.
I love the staff there very help and honest made our stay amazing and house keeping is amazing
Clean.....fully equipped micro fridge ...not so OK with the smell of the room ...kinda like some strong incense
