The customer service is excellent here. I am impressed every time. My husband and i went there last night to have a night without the kids. And the gentleman who helped us was so thoughtful and attentive. He put thought into the room he choose for us and said he would find a nice quiet place in the hotel for us. He came to make sure everything was ok with our room. The ice machine was not working and the guy looked like he had just got off work and was changing shifts with someone else. He went to the store and bought us ice and brought it to our room! He was just the sweetest man. And we really appreciated his mindfulness.nAnother time we wenf here and in the .krning my 3 year old daughter and i were walking through the lobby to leave. My daughter asks what we were having for breakfast. There was a sweet hispanic lady at the front desk and she heard her. She went in the back and made us plates of pastries and eggs and my daughter just thought that was the coolest ever. It was so nice and she the lady seemed very happy to do it and was great with my daughter. But now my daughter thinks that you get served breakfast when you go to any hotel! Ha ha lolnThe place has always been a very pleasant experience. Thank you to all the great staff.

Friendly, kind staff that I found to be willing to accommodate. Love love the crisp, clean cotton bedding..pleasantly surprised and would reccomend to anyone

2 star hotel with 5 star service...anyone who complains must have not read that this is not the Hilton...further more leaving your property outside to be watch by cameras or expecting service on demand is absurd...for what you are paying for I expected less so my expectations were well exceed...area is close to serveral restaurants.

Just a basic hotel, close to busy street so is very noisy.nBreakfast is just passable.nHot tub not useable.
