Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Gresham

It is neat and clean and has great customer service. This was our second stay this year and we will be returning in the future. Paris at the front desk is wonderful! She went above and beyond to fix a small problem and clearly explained the changes due to Covid-19.

This is a well managed hotel, a part of the Wyndham Group of companies. The service was quick and polite, the rooms were large, clean and ready upon arrival.nThey have a rewards program and once the Pandemic is over the pool and spa with exercise equipment will reopen. For a fee, well behaved and quiet dogs can stay, owners have to pick up after the pets, that should be automatic but they see all types, so please be a good pet owner and care.nThey had a snack bag and juice with coffee or tea in the morning. They kept the coffee going all day. Usually there is a breakfast bar but it has been put on hold due to the Corona Virus issues we are all dealing with.nGuests are asked to wear a face mask if you can as the staff is doing to try and help stop this pandemic stuff, it’s the least we all can do to help everyone.

The room we booked and were charged for was a single Queen. The bed was definitely a Full, NOT a Queen.nnAt check in, they let us know continental breakfast would be to-go bags with fruit and granola... no breakfast area due to covid, which was acceptable. But the next morning the man at the front desk was harassing me because I said there were 2 of us in the room and my registration card said there was only 1 person. He didn’t wanna give me 2 breakfasts. When I opened the bag, it wasn’t anything worth harassing a guest over: 2 granola bars, a gross packaged pastry & a tiny apple. Nothing healthy or of value.nnAt check out, they kept my $100 deposit even tho there was nothing wrong with our room... and charged us an extra $35, claiming we stole an iron.

Not one staff member was wearing a mask the entire 3 days I had to stay there. They did not make guests wear one either. I got an eye roll from a front desk staff member who was 'training' someone new (also not wearing a mask) when I asked about why no one was wearing the mandated safety measure of wearing masks in public places. I called their corporate office who said asked me if I contacted the GM. No I did not talk to the GM. They basically blew me off and said the GM would call me, which never happened. The rooms are okay, but this hotel isn't in the best of areas. Stay at your own risk.

We've stayed at many days in motels we travel a lot and this by far was the most exemplary visit we have ever had, the staff is absolutely outstanding here, they cater to every need do everything with a smile the place is clean and tidy, rooms are spotless, if you're going to stay in Gresham this is the place to stay, special thanks to Paris for all your help our toilet overflowed (our fault) and she was quick to get us anything we needed, checking up on us to be sure we didn't need help, just truly going above and beyond, thank you all amazing!! We will definitely be back!!
