Nice views

I bought and owned a home in this community back in late 2010 and definitely enjoyed the area and all my neighbors. It's a very quiet area and the crime rate is pretty low as everybody keeps an eye out for suspicious activity. Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond my control, in 2013 I had to sell my home and move. I most assuredly do miss the neighborhood and my neighbors.nThis is a family community I would definitely recommend if you may be considering a home in a nice, quiet area with wonderful shopping and fantastic schools nearby. It is manufactured homes, but they are newer and very nice. They don't have junk there. My home was about 1,900sq ft and the property was manicured, the inside of my home looked like something from Beverly Hills. I was so proud of that home, as all the community is of all the homes there. Take a look, I'm sure you'll like it as much as I loved it there!!ud83dude06ud83dude06ud83dudd92ud83dudd92

It's a mobile home park, very clean and kept well, people are nice.

Love the view of the Columbia River and the beautiful sunset.

Currently filled with undesirables ( drug addicts, homeless, unclean neighbors )
