WoodSpring Suites Portland North Gresham

The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the beds were confortable. They made our stay very comfortable. Our stay was just after COVID, so the services were limited. We always had clean towels, we just had to ask. We always had easy parking.

The staff were rude, disrespectful, and just plain dumb. You can’t ask them anything with out it turning into a huge deal even if it is a simple question. They don’t clean the rooms, the don’t take out the trash, no towels, and no clean sheets for 5 days. Highly recommend to choose any other place to lay your head than here.

Nice place! The room was clean the staff helpful respectful and very welcoming. Wasn't super expensive. Only complaint , coffee maker broken in lobby and no coffee in room
