Best Western Plus Cascade Inn & Suites

This was the only hotel available near my work while my apartment was being repaired. It was ok. Tv channel options were terrible. I understood with covid their breakfast would be different. It was a joke. The room was ok. Bathroom was very cramped and difficult to use. Overall not my best experience. Not my worst either.

Great place to stay our favorite. Beautiful rooms have been all renovated, easy access and parking.

Bathrooms are so freaking tiny! I mean you have to close the door, you have to shimmy around the door to close it. Rooms are very spacious. Pillows are like the bathroom-Tiny! Bed was comfortable. I stayed at better and stayed at worse.

This was the worst hotel we have ever been to. We are a valued member of best western and we are not too pleased!nnWe arrived and no one was at the desk, we needed extra pillows and blankets and no one was at the desk. We should not have to call to find someone to help us! The next morning we thought breakfast would be nice and was ONLY offered a paper sack with a bagel and granola bar and just sitting in a paper bag on the front desk and again no one at the desk. Not great customer service if you ask me!nnYour hotel has a full kitchen why can't you have your staff member dish up a to go plate that the guests could take with them like other best westerns are offering???
