Very clean & well-cared for trailer parknNot the typical trailer park riffraff either. People seem to take care of the mobile homes here. Quiet & nice.

Lived here for22 years, it’s like our own little community. It’s safer than being right on the street, great for family

I think that this is the best taken care of park ive been too.

Very dangerous major road off the park's entrance. Difficult to get in and out of.nThis area is in a very poor part of Portland, with lots of crime (fortunately some friends of the family were able to get a roof over their heads, thus the reason I ever visit the place).nTheir parking is non-existent, except for immediately next to the trailer (which in this case, I am perfectly fine with, I can lock my car with alarm.. and see everything that's going on.), But if you plan on coming in a group of cars (lol which is not something I would suggest, but if you have to, you'll only have room for one vehicle if the trainer's owner doesn't have a vehicle themselves) you'll have trouble.nUnmaintained roads with major potholes.nJust not a good place to be (however again, I am happy our family friends have a roof over their heads).
