Jody and Cliff the new managers are trying to get this place straightened up there doing a great job. Trying to do their best old manager here was a dictator like Hitler glad she's goneud83dude01. Other than that most neighbors help each other most everybody in here is friendly. Like anywhere it still has its problems. Most the time is pretty quiet around here at night

small modest friendly mobile home park own my place for16 years my parents moved here in the late 70s and my dad still here we a great set of managers on site young couple that's been here for a very long time .good place to call home.

This mobile home park is located on 201st between halsey and sandy blvd..the property itself isn't that bad but the lack of amenities makes it less that appealing when compared to other parks in the area. The rules in the park are pretty unrealistic as well for a mobile home park. The majority of people there are very nice and it has a decent community watch program..but management needs help getting this park on par with others in the area.
