I can't even begin to describe how great the service was. Was in the area this Labor Day weekend, had a fork issue that puzzled me and a couple of the bike shops that were too swamped to take a deeper look at it. Of course the one thing that I can't repair on the road happens.nnRevolution did it without hesitation and after hours.nnDrew is an incredible mechanic and I cannot thank him enough or give him enough credit as he is a true professional that is passionate about bikes. If you're in the area and need service, definitely hit them up. He also has a pretty awesome demo fleet of Devinci bikes!nnOne of the greatest service experiences I have ever had. Would recommend.

I’ve been to quite a few bike shops through my travels and I have to say Drew’s passion, skill and quality of work trump them all. He provides outstanding service, an honest and unbiased opinion, fair pricing & doesn’t try to sell you on anything you don’t need. I mention my last point because I had another shop tell me I needed to replace my cassette & have my shock and fork rebuilt (they had been fully serviced within the year). When Drew did a frame down service he cleaned and inspected the cassette, fork and shock and said they were all in good working order. Can’t provide high enough praise for Drew’s work or his passion for having his customers bikes in top working condition.

So glad I called Drew! He was available quickly and made my bike look cleaner than when I bought it a few years ago. I got the Pro Tune/Drivetrain Combo and couldn't be happier. Feels like I got a new bike, plus it was super convenient for Drew to stop by the house and get it done. He was great to work with and I'll definitely be calling him again for service needs.
