Excellent shop with accommodating owners and great deals for the area! Their location is prime for anyone who is interested in renting for a day and riding on nearby trails.nI would recommend this shop over all other locations in the area based on their exceptional service and high quality gear they offer!
Brent and Jennifer offers exceptional customer service and unparalleled rental rates for the area! We called the other three major bike shops and they had either long wait times or rude service. All were out of rentals for their fleet except for them, and he even pulled one off the showroom floor for a proper fit. Bentonville Bicycle Company is by far the best deal for $40 for 24hrs. They have an excellent selection and a vast knowledge as they hail from Utah. 10 out of 10 best bicycle shop in Bentonville!
Good service from good people. Came in last minute for some repairs and tire upgrades, very happy with his work.
The owners are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and don't give off the condescending vibe other local shop owners give.
