I received phenomenal service with the purchase of a new Trek Top Fuel while in town on a mountain biking trip. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful for my purchase as well as places to ride and eat. The shop was fully stocked with any gear needed. Rented a couple mountain bikes for the day from Phat Tire. My wife and I had questions about the bikes as we hadn't been biking for years or on the level of equipment they offer. Super nice and helpful. The rental staff got us set up quickly and on the road. Couldn't ask for more.

Best bike shop in town. My sons and I moved here from out of state about five months ago. We knew absolutely nothing about MTB. We have bought three bikes from them during that time. They have gone above and beyond helping us and sharing their knowledge. I have never experienced such good customer service anywhere. We always ask for Ben if we can but they are all super accommodating and knowledgeable. I would give them tens stars if I could.

Even though I have a Trek e-bike, and love the brand, I was considering several other mountain bikes. Even as I called to see if the Fuel EX 8 was available, I wasn't sure. It wasn't until I talked with Maxwell for 5 minutes. He was just upbeat and positive, that it reminded me why I enjoy shopping at Phat Tire. Why I like buying local. The whole process was quick and easy. Everyone was extremely helpful. So, thank you Maxwell, for making a tough decision seem so simple.

Products are top notch. Great solid bikes and accessories, even for the less expensive ones! Sales, service and management all treat you with respect and provide what you need in a timely manner. Very satisfied with my Trek Stache!
