Bike Shop Joe's

I was delighted to find Joe's Bike shop a couple of months ago. Joe has completed major work for me on 2 bikes. He takes time to walk through his (thorough) work and explain why/what details. I feel confident in his quality (my safety) and am please with the value of his parts and service pricing.

There are a ton of bike shops in the Bentonville area, but Bike Shop Joe's is always my go-to. Joe is always super helpful and super friendly. He gives so much time and attention to every customer that comes in the store. He really tries to give you honest advice and just wants you to be happy with your purchase or with any work done on your bike.nnWhether you are trying to find a new bike to purchase or need repairs for your current ride, Joe's your man.

Came in same day to see what was wrong with my bike. Joe was able to tune up the bike and change out some components to get me out riding again within the hour. He genuinely cares for the customer and clearly loves his craft. Highly recommend.

joe is awesome. i needed a seat post and he dropped everything and took care of me. installed it in 2 minutes and we were out of there. I highly recommend coming here. the service is top notch.
