Phat Tire Bike Shop

Fantastic customer service from Will. This is our new bike shop and we live in Grove OK. It was that good. Will assembled a downhill bike for my wife and even fine tuned the suspension to her weight. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable and shared a wealth of information with us about the bike. Well worth the trip. Not too mention this awesome shop is in an old post office in a very cool little town. VERY Highly recommended! ud83dudc4d

I have to say Phat tire in Siloam Springs Arkansas is doing a phenomenal job in customer service! Anything and everything I would ask them was an answer...they know their stuff! Second their products are amazing. I personally have placed there Chester Race Face pedals on my bike to provide my feet with better traction and man do they work. This shop is definitely one of a kind and is definitely a top notch store. I look forward to using more of their products in the future!

They closed early in my face. I arrived on Saturday at 5:50pm. Called the other local bike shop Dogwood Junction which also closed at 6 and they waited for me to come buy 2 helmets. I get closing 5 minutes early, but 10 minutes early? I’m From Tulsa, Oklahoma and forgot my two helmets so I figured I would stop here quick and buy two. The other locations of this franchise in Oklahoma go above and beyond for their customers and don’t hate their job to leave early.

I visit Phat Tire anytime I have had an issue with my bike over the last couple of years. Ryan and the entire team are always helpful and quick in getting my bike up and running. I’ve never felt like I paid too much for the service and quality I’ve received. Always top quality. Thanks guys!
