Commonwealth Bank West End Branch

First we went to the Southbank commonwealth, the employees there sent us away because they didn’t understand how to transfer money to an overseas account... Luckily we went to the west end location and a lovely lady named Brittany helped us. She was so kind and knew exactly what to do! Great service!!

The woman just wanted to give me flyers without any explanation, she was rude and incompetent !!!!
