Thanks so much RBC Royal Bank for going beyond peoples expectations. It was a pleasure dealing with you. It is really a 5 star service from start and all the way. I decided to write this review because of Liat Dahan the Mortgage Specialist and Joshua Quesnel-Spicer Banking Advisor. They really went above and beyond. You guys are really professional and experienced. The building is so beautiful and is very well located. Thanks RBC Royal Bank.

Incompetent and unpleasant employees. I went to check on my bank account which was closed by my ex husband, I wanted to print the latest transaction report as I had no more access to the account online, I dealt with 2 employees who had no clue how to get me this information, I stanted for 20mn watching them trying and retrying and it was obvious they had no clue what they were doing. AT the end they managed to get a print out, they gave it to me, then I noticed that it was somebody's else banking details, I got upset because and told them this was not mine, and requested to talk to a manager or some one who knows how to do their job as they seemed incompetent. The branch manager came to me, she threatened not to perform the transaction as she did not like the fact that I said the employees where incompetent, for her the fact they gave me somebody's else bank statement was a mistake (acceptable human error-) but me I was rude saying they were incompetent. I complained officially and few weeks later I got a mail from the a regional director telling me that it was my fault, their employees were good and competent and if I repeat my behaviour they would stop doing any business with me. Uptil today I am flabbergasted by this customer service

I’ve been happy again and again with the service I receive from the staff here at RBC. I’m just starting out in the personal banking/investing/credit card world and the people here are always able and eager to help answer my every question. This location also has new, fancy ATM machines which allow you to deposit cheques and cash at the same time, and immediately read the cheque value as well. Good location near Pharmaprix and metro.

Very scared employees, on panic mode. They open the door very little to ask why you are coming I didn't have the same experience in Pharmaprix infront or Metro on the corner. If somebody is afraid or in panic, stay home, spare us the negative vibes.
