Omg this bank should stand for Banque "Non service". We were forced to come to this st Charles branch 3xtimes to repay my wife's car loan fully in order for my parents to buy the car. Their tellers are not helpful or informative in their products and in dealing with cash drafts, and we arrive the 3rd time to show up and they are closed @ 15:00 and forced to deal with their info desk at front and all seem very confused and unhelpful. Be grateful you get 1 star, because I would have given no star at all for their friendliness and poor service. Stay away!

Waste of time, we applied for a mortgage and after 1 week of waiting to send documents. They refused because they could not understand a simple accounting strategy.

Second time that I come in this room to make transactions and apart from looking for problems there is not much going forward. You will save your time going elsewhere
