The "bank manager" I spoke with was absolutely useless. Could not understand the simplest concept of an insurance cheque. On my 3rd time returning to try to cash the same cheque, this mouth breathing manager came up with a whole new list of insane and ridiculous requirements in order for me to cash my cheque. Finally gave up trying to deal with this rude and totally incompetent moron and opened a new account at another bank and had my cheque cashed in under 10 minutes including the time to set up an entirely new account. Do not go to this branch unless you want to waste days dealing with complete moron.

The service at this branch is great. I walked in to open a new account and I was helped by Alisia Carlone, who was absolutely fantastic. She was extremely patient, answered all my questions and went out of her way to help me set everything up. I was also very impressed with how they are operating with the new COVID procedures. Having to wait in line a bit longer is definitely worth it because I felt very comfortable and safe during my interaction with the staff.

Since the renovations, which are very nice, this is now the slowest bank in existence. Not a place to go if you have things to do. You will spend time in this bank. Throughput values must be in the negatives.

was waiting in line and overheard one of the old tellers raise his voice to a young man and older lady... I could hear their account information that’s how loud he was. thankfully I’m changing to scotiabank. Felt sorry for them goodbye.
