I have never been treated so poorly by a bank. The employees at the branch are not trained and give false information on mortgages. Once the mistake was respectfully assumed by the mortgage specialist. (Took over 1 month of leaving messages) The branch manager calls me says they can’t do anything for me. I reply by saying, if I would have known I would have taken my business elsewhere. The branch manager replied by laughing and saying that she doesn’t need my business. Another month passed by and national called me for a survey on my last encounter at the branch. Once I responded with 1/10 reviews, the branch manager then called me 1 hour later asking what she can do to help. Its just insulting that I get treated badly and the only reason she called me, was because of the survey call. If I would have never gotten the survey call then the manager would have done nothing about it. Terrible customer service, would never recommend national bank. Don’t make the mistake of taking a 4 year fixed mortgage with them and getting stuck like I am. BTW this going on to month #4 and still no resolution

My husband has been shopping here for a long time. We never had any questions about the products from this company. On the contrary, I think they have made great progress so far. I certainly recommend them.
