They gave me a hard time cashing a cheque because they didn’t recognize the company name on it....they completely embarrassed me in front of customers asking me what I do for work, making me feel like I was cashing a fake cheque....had no problem cashing this at petawawa though. Not only did the regular employee deny cashing me the cheque but the manager actually declined me too and I’ve never had problems like this at a TD Bank.
Worst td bank I’ve ever been to. Extremely rude and incompetent staff.
A year ago on June 5/2019 I had a half hour at least,meeting with the Business Advisor at Pembroke branch and she was nice and professional and told us that she would help us, ( I have had business loans with TD for over 10 years now,)...anyway, never heard from her again, not a call,e-mail, nothing. I am not happy at all with TD Bank on any level. What a terrible way to conduct a business as important as a bank is to everyone. Shame on you.!

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Bank is clean and well taken care of
I had a terrible experience when i tried to call the branch to discuss an important matter I could not get through to anyone. I live an hour away from Pembroke and I can't believe no one is available to answer the phone when customers have inquiries. This is poor customer service in my opinion.
