Tellers are pleasant and do a good job but not enough people working. Wait times are long. Have waited over 30 minutes several times.
this branch needs to be open on satudays for working people that cant make it other times
Its the only CIBC branch between here and Kanata. Street parking for the atm is pretty bad during the day. I sometimes have to park a block away and walk. Parking lot is awkward around back and the driveway is steep and can be slippery in the winter. The tellers are nice but I have little experience with other branch staff. ATMs are usually both working, I have only seen them down once or twice in the past few years.
