It was great until about 2 weeks ago. Now I can not access my account online (since 2 weeks)! Despite several hours on the phone with them nothing is done! Not able to find the problem, today the man on the phone cuts me without stopping and do not listen to what I say! He ends up putting me on hold 15min and suddenly, BAM! The line hangs up 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ so I am forced to change banks because I can not access my account online, I can not see my history of transactions and pay bills or make transfers! Since 2 weeks, soon 3!
