try to avoid at all cost... employees have snobby attitude and the place is runned by socialist with a grudge..they are obligated to provide government services to non members and they don't like it..

I have been an RBC client for over 12 years. I went from Hello Mr. St-pierre how are you today? Hello how I can help you since I no longer have a business. I had to make withdrawals from my investments and according to my financial advisor who does not work for RBC. I was very badly advised. I don't plan to renew my mortgage in 2024. A lady advisor to the account, account opening, etc ... I avoid names, is very arrogant.

Your customer service is extremely execrable. Why make me go through an automated box when I call the branch? Why fuck me with your stupid posts and waste my time? I would not bother to comment on the music ... There is no one who is able to answer the same branch? Instead of wanting to automate everything, why not get people working to work?
