What do you think? Sunday, April 2, at 12.45 hrs, I went to fill up with gas at your place and I had to change the pump 3 times to fill up, and another customer did the same thing while sacring, so returned to the cashier to pay, I said to the girl: it's not funny to change places 3 times before being able to thanker, she replied without hesitation: well you can not read, it's marked on the pump ... oh! what???? and she adds: if you are not happy, you just could come ... amazement..i said this is how you receive your customers ... instead of saying to me: I apologize sir for the inconvenience it may have caused you, it is new or it is like that on Sunday, well I said to him: it is sure that I will not come back here, it is full of gas station attendant in the corner. when you think of the advertising prices that a business makes to bring a customer into his house and that once entered, he is told to go elsewhere, not strong eh !, it's been 10 years that I go to this convenience store and it was the last time, I find it very insulting when we go to go and encourage a merchant and we are received like that, it was not at Lac St-Jean that we would have done a similar thing. . at Dieu Dépanneur Shell, 2222 Ave. Jules Verne, Quebec ..
