Loses important papers and when I go to the Varennes branch tells me that she is going to do some research and remind me ..... never. De.return of call .... we don't care. ... Marie-France Joseph the cashier has probably never done a search to find my documents Do not go to RBC especially Also impossible to speak to someone in the branch by phone .... the agent refuses to transfer the call and makes the messenger from one line to another ....

TRRRRRES disappointed ..... waiting more than 45 min online !!!!! I gave up on bcp too long.
