BMO Bank of Montreal

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We set up a business account and our account manager apparently left the branch with zero communication, and no new account manager assigned. Then they blocked one of our cards connected to an account with plenty of money in it, and two voicemails, multiple phone calls that rang off later, and an email survey later informing them of how unimpressed we were and how we needed to speak to someone, nobody has gotten back to us or bothered to help. Card remains blocked. The worst. Ever. Don't bring your business banking here.

Been a customer for many years and always happy with the service. Safety protocols are being followed and I felt safe inside the bank.

Worst possible banking experience. Representative I spoke to just kept repeating the same line over and over again offering no solution to the problem that BMO created.

Very helpful with any issues trying to resolve problems as quickly as possible.
