The new manager/ customer manager; Samantha is extremely rude and abrupt. I have seen her be rude to customers on several occasions. I understand that rules are to be enforced, but she is unprofessional in the way she talks to customers

If you have an issue and need to talk to a person after hours, good luck. Their automated phone system takes you on a wild goose chase. If you do get a hold of a person chances are they don't know how to help you so they put you back into the automated system again, put on hold for forever or actually hang up (by accident on purpose). Also, it is often hard to understand the people manning the phones because their accents are very heavy. Good luck if you are hard of hearing or learning the English language yourself.

If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service is poor. This branch messed up my deferral mortgage payments during covid. This is after I went to the bank to fill out the papers and tried to follow up 5 times. I had to make multiple phone calls and complained to the TD ombudsman when the deferral was missed. They called back and said that the deferral would go through. It took a month and half. They messed up when I needed them the most. Then when I went to payout the mortgage- I was greeted with extra interest charges due to the interest rate changing. This property was sold due to covid and the bank did not issue an itemized payout statement. A visit to the bank and the toll free number resolved nothing. Save yourself from this frustration and take your banking needs elsewhere.

I wish the other bank on the west side was open cause there are a lot of people that can’t go to the one on the south side

Usually great service. We use it for our business all the time. Today was terrible experience with my teller Breanna. Her demeanor made me feel like I was imposing by coming to the bank today. I will make sure I use diffrent teller next time.
