very frustrating i do nothing online nor will i ever RBC should have a real person that people like my self can speak to very disappointing i had a great experience with bow valley credit union they at least have someone that can talk to you in these hard times. elderly people usually do not use online for transactions. perhaps you can help them in a more fashionable way

Poor customer service. I had an appointment & received confirmation the night before. We showed up on time, and everything was closed. I understand that things come up, but at least have the courtesy to send an email cancelling the appointment. It's been almost a week, and they haven't attempted to reschedule.

The people who work there are great...but good luck calling to talk to anyone. RBC as 1 number you call for ALL inquiries.... and they refused to give me a direct contact number to someone actually at the bank. Ive been with RBC for 30 years...not good business to route your customers to a faceless person who barely speaks english and refuses to actually help the client
