The Branch supervisor Donna was not helpful and rude. I was trying to return a BMO Bank Draft which I was taking from BMO a day ago. She stated they couldn’t take it back because they cant verify if the bank draft is real or fake LOL What a joke? The draft was taken from BMO and I’m also banking with BMO. I have the receipt plus they can see my banking transactions. END Of story, BMO Marlborough Branch can’t verify a BMO certified bank draft. Is this Branch real or fake? LMAO
V went in the branch for online banking set up. Call centre was very rude. Veda help us to set up very fast and polite. She help me to apply credit card as well best customer series.
