Worst bank ever, no the bmo in particular, but all of them, horrible hours, poor client care, and unexpected fees
They have no clue at all what they are doing. Can not process even simple transactions. They even don’t acknowledge that they don’t know the answer and we will get back to you with an answer that’s the least they can do. Best answer I got from them is you can go to another branch. They probably forget there are 7 different banks in between which will appreciate my business. Thanks for nothing.
I don’t why people haven’t reviewed the branch well - the staff is very nice and very helpful.
